Terms and Conditions

Distribution:The California Firepit™ will be exclusively distributed to specialty retailers of hearth, home and outdoor products (to include home stores, nurseries, pool & spa stores, fireplace and woodstove outlets), not mass merchandisers. The general ideal is to protect the dealer, in terms of competing resellers. The rights to resell our product are based on the size of purchasing centers, complimentary product offerings and positioning.

Shipping: Merchandise is all F.O.B. Fresno, California. There is a minimum unit order on all shipments. (With the exception of will call orders).
